      The pros are that it's a relaxed work environment where you can meet a lot of cool artists. If you're in the visual arts field, you'll also get discounted or free studio space for your photography.

      Cons

      The pay and hours were terrible. The pay was a dollar above minimum wage and your shift hours can range from 2h-10h with only a couple days notice.
