Great environment, great employees. Early release. Field Service travels all around the world 12-16 days a quarter.

Low pay and no overtime. No raises for multiple years.

In the last 6 years there are very few positives other than some good people in the general workforce.

Management is detached under the current CEO and CFO who are forcing the use of the cheapest components available. Current products are not proven and definitely not built to last. Low pay for the needed skill sets for most areas, lack of communication between departments cause a hostile work environment stemming from poor leadership under upper management.
