      There is not any overtime and it is truly a 8-5 job.

      Cons

      There is not a true training program, the manager will gate keep the people that they do not want to succeed. There is not any diversity, white people only. Women are generally paid less.

      Farm credit as a whole has a great mission statement and cares about rural America

      Cons

      Outdated technology, ran by a bunch of old white men who have zero respect for women in the work force, if you aren't in the "boys club" good luck getting advancement opportunities. Zero care or reward for tenure
