      Fantastic innovation and authentic experience, 20 - 40 years for many research and development engineers and designers. Physical environment, meaning buildings and furnishings are comfortable and adequate. Coworkers and peers share a genuine interest in making great products.

      Cons

      Emphasis on budgetary growth for shareholder (holding company) profit and exit strategy undermines employee capabilities and performance. Cultural environment is toxic.

      Experienced Teams with Strong Industry Skill Set. Overall a very positive environment.

      Cons

      Not a lot of collaboration between cross functional teams. Limited structure or standardization across the organization which can lead to significant difference in job function from one team to the next, even for the same role. Can also lead to a lack of support from other groups when needed.
