Pros

The benefits are good and the company is growing fast.

Cons

All other departments within the headquarters run smoothly with little issue. If you are considering any position within the accounting department you should avoid it at all costs. Senior management has been known to lie and manipulate their employees. This includes discouraging staff to speak with HR, forging documents and dismissing all employee concerns that cast accounting management in a bad light. Ethically corrupt and if you look online they are constantly hiring because of their inability to address their issues. No one should be above discipline, even at the top.

Pros

Co workers were helpful and kind

Cons

The manager treated me like I was an intern. I was expected to do account management duties for accounts that were considered house account since they were sold by former sales people therefore I would not be compensated for any additional sales I made or service increases. When I asked if I would get commissions since I was in a sales role and account management was an internal role I was told “that’s why you have a base” meanwhile I was also expected to be out finding new business for the company who was how I made income. Everyone there hates their job. Constant turnover. FCC is also the most expensive provider so good luck selling. Management claims FCC is the best therfore there’s a premium. False. Drivers don’t like their job so jobs won’t get done. You’ll be dealing with angry customers.
