Communications could be better between the customer we serve an upper management on the direction operations should be handled at any location.

Of all the jobs I've had, this has been my favorite. Working at a hospital isn't always easy, but I get to make a positive impact on people. Some patients come in for weekly treatments and bring cookies and gifts because they're so thankful of the help we give. The job is rewarding.
