You get to learn a lot (but it’s because they burn you out)
Cons
It was my dream to work in sports, but I never want to work in sports again after working at FCC. Employees are burnt out and over worked and get no growth opportunities and no salary growth. There is no communication and it leads to a cycle of trust issues and blame culture that is never solved due to incompetent leadership.
