      Pros

      This company has been in business for over 50 years. There is plenty of work to go around for everyone. They will accommodate your work schedule hours if needed. The work schedule is 9 hours a day and 1/2 day every Friday is a great perk! Benefits are good. Management takes good care of their employees.

      Cons

      There is no con. I am happy to be working here.

      Pros

      Good management, good learning opportunity, no politics at all. Principals are very understanding and working there for life.

      Cons

      I worked for 7 years but nothing found to mention here. If I have to say, I will say you have to wait a long time to move up (promotion).

      The people that work for the company was great. Previous owners took care of the employees. Was like family.

      Cons

      New owner (Alex Sinunu) not experienced to run an engineering company. Office culture is toxic.
