Pros
Regular working hours, extremely rare overtime (but happens and is paid). Lots of young people. Nice working environment. 20+ working days of holiday. You can regularly make a new deal with employer regarding salary or other. New things are added to working process on a daily basis if that is what people want. 2 annual team buildings. Very fast growing company and carrier opportunity.
Cons
Many people are not motivated to work, only mingle and party. R&D and QA work in much better conditions than rest of the company. You have to fight for your working conditions, you do not get it just because you deserve it. Still low level of company organization, plans are often changed.
