      Pros

      Beautiful organization that is doing wonderful things to help people with developmental disabilities. Really full benefits with guaranteed retirement contributions and benefits starting day one.

      Cons

      They are not flexible with work schedules in administration. Can have unrealistic expectations, and tend to talk down to people. High turn over rate.
