Top-drawer talent (Technical and Management) scalable, distributed, cloud capable product is THE future with room to run Leadership Vision communicated and reinforced regularly Increasing momentum in USA and worldwide

      salary is below average, but ownership via ESOP is a remarkable benefit The challenge of proving out an interoperability product in customer test environments - we don't have a lab with 3rd party vendor products we interface with

      Pros

      All of the employees are like family and are very supportive of each other. It is a good company culture. Management is understanding of employees taking time off for personal reasons.

      Cons

      There is a lot of confusion regarding roles and responsibilities at this company from management on down. It is sometimes difficult to customize software to customer needs. Focus seems to be more on development of new products rather than implementing solutions for current customers.
