Pros
The company’s team structure works well to provide good service to clients. Teams are structured to match up with various verticals and allow for a level of subject matter expertise that is tough to beat. They put out some solid creative work overall and there is good talent within the agency.
Cons
The company is behind the curve in a major way when it comes to new technology. They rely on outside vendors to handle the digital needs of their clients. They are unwilling to invest in the talent needed to take their work into the digital space. If you’re looking for a company that consistently ignores feedback from great talented personnel, this is the place. They seem to think free pizza, hard cider and some pretty landscaping makes up for serious deficiencies within the leadership team. Cliques abound and nepotism is rampant. It’s not about what you know, but who you know, who you’re friends with, who you’re married to and who you’re related to that makes a difference. Team members have been verbally abused by leadership staff in front of others. Narcissistic personalities in the leadership team are completely unchecked and have resulted in team members feeling threatened, vulnerable and helpless. The company tenet of “do the right thing” applies only to staff as leadership manipulates team members, encouraging them to open up and discuss concerns and then using those concerns against them later. Key leadership members are arrogant to the point of undermining the confidence of the men and women working for them. Multiple attempts to raise awareness to the issues have gone unheeded.
