Unfair Salaries and awards; lack of transparency - Anonymous employee FARFETCH Employee Review

I know people who don't have results and performance to justify and they receive a larger amount of annual award, additionally, those workers are working for less time for the company. HR doesn't disclose how this type of evaluation is done. The lack of transparency is so big and there are no fair salaries and awards. I really want to have faith in the company, but I don't trust right now.
