- The company has big challenges to solve which provides a great learning experience. - The environment can be good, or really awful depending on the team. - Some brilliant, smart people have worked here.

Cons

- Values and culture just for show and swiftly thrown out the window when leadership feels like it. - Instead of looking for ways to improve the business, leadership looks for ways to annoy people so they leave without severance. - A lot of egos who will block progress just so they present themselves as doing something. - IT infrastructure is hanging by a thread 24/7 - Leadership out of touch with the reality of being a regular person. - Many empty promises. - Moral is abysmal after many failed business decisions. - Salaries have stagnated and benefits have been stripped away consistently. - Management laughs in the face of employees problems.
