Since day one, we've been constantly focused on improving communication and transparency so that every Farfetcher has a clear understanding of our People processes, including salary and career development opportunities. Last year, we put in place our GO FAR framework, which brought greater clarity on all of the ways our people can grow and thrive with us. We're sorry that this wasn't your experience with us.
