6yThanks for taking the time to tell us your honest and detailed feedback. We're sorry to hear your negative comments. Unfortunately, we can't tell when you left Farfetch due to the anonymity of Glassdoor, but we are currently making some important changes and improvements around some of your points. We have a clearly defined strategy which is aligned to our Objectives & Key Results framework so that we're all working towards clear goals. And we have recently introduced monthly Global All Hands meetings, in addition to our quarterly Townhalls, where our Executive Team are available to answer any and all questions to provide further clarity for all Farfetchers. We are also currently launching a new framework, GO FAR, to bring greater transparency to our career development and performance processes. We hope these changes will be beneficial for all Farfetchers and we'll keep listening to your feedback and making improvements for the future!
