However, we are sorry to hear that you feel internal team conflicts are delaying progress. Collaboration and teamwork are the fundamental behaviours that translate our "Todos Juntos" value. We totally agree that a clear strategy is the best way to deliver our mission and that's why we use OKRs (Objectives & Key Results).
