9yThank you for your honest feedback and we take onboard your points in relation to manager skills, role descriptions and the career ladder (goFAR) scheme. We have now implemented manager effectiveness training in London and will be rolling out to other regions this year. The goFAR scheme is launched and the People Team are working on Learning & Development programs in local offices to support People's development. Investment in people is critical to the success of Farfetch so we will continue to listen to this valuable feedback and focus on developing people initiatives even further.
