Great company to work for, management is encouraging and helpful. Environment is welcoming. Hard work and dedication is definitely rewarded. Opportunities for career growth. Always learning some thing new. Even as a relatively newer employee, I feel appreciated and that my opinions and concerns matter.

Not really a con but it is a fast paced environment that requires a large degree of multi-tasking

Fam does promote from within which is a plus.The owner is completely a Fair guy. Down to earth and really takes care of his team but does not take any nonsense. Pay is decent once you put your time in.

If you look at the review below named operations coordinator. That person hit all the problems on the head. The only way to climb up the latter at FAM is to stay on everyone's good side which usually means agreeing with the "dragon lady" which the "girls club" seems to have down pretty well. If you do get to climb up the latter, you run the risk of getting on the "dragon lady's" list at that point she will actively instruct the girls club to find anything they can to bring to the owner for the quick ax. Besides what the person on the other review stated already. This is the other reason for the high turn over rate. Long story short stay away from the day shift. That's the dragon's layer. Be prepared not to have a home or social life. Due to the high turn over the schedule changes frequently to maximize coverage.
