      Pros

      Extremely tight unit with amazing contacts in the ferro alloys industry. Asolutely great growth rates with branches in PN india.

      Cons

      Management should be a little lenient on the new comers as it might be a little intimidating. vertical organization with very very less horizontal integrity.
