As a fresher u will learn how to be careful with these types of cheap companies in the market. Believe me, it is a great learning!!!!
Cons
-Cheap management. Cheap pay . -they ask for a car and their salary package will not even compensate buying the car or (having existing car )value while you are selling it after driving to 2 lakhs kilometres in the bloody bond period of two years. -They ask for bond money of upto 2 lakhs If you leave the job before 2 years, But you will always want to leave. -No fixed working hours -Will give you unthinkable targets -you will be cheated regarding your job description before joining -will make you to travel like hell
