I have been with FacePrep for the past 7 years, and it has been an incredibly rewarding journey. I initially joined as a Technical Intern and am currently working as a Subject Matter Expert in Computer Science. Throughout my tenure, I have had the opportunity to take on multiple roles, including Technical Trainer, Program Manager, Training Manager, and Campus Manager. Each role brought new challenges and learning experiences that helped me grow both professionally and personally. One of the aspects I value most about FacePrep is the continuous support from managers and leadership. They recognize employee potential, encourage growth, and provide opportunities to take on greater responsibilities. I have always felt that my contributions were valued and acknowledged. The organization also fosters a culture where employees can openly share their ideas and suggestions with leadership without hesitation.
