Plenty of great co- workers The show is great

Unethical leadership practices. Owners of Fabrika degrade, abuse and harass the staff. It’s a 21+ venue however the owners underage family members regularly are in the building drinking. Managers gossip with the staff and keep the weirdest things a secret for no reason. Broken sinks, broken toilets, a plumbing system that regularly goes crazy leaving us ankle deep in sewage water. The managers and owners openly resent when tipped employees make good money…even though as tipped employees the money we make was never theirs. Owners and managers have no restaurant operations background and frequently hurl insults at the entire staff behind their back while never actually communicating their expectations. No staff meals, no benefits. Paychecks frequently bounce due to insufficient funds in the company's checking account.
