Pros
Working with FA Solutions makes you feel like you've been knowing everyone for years. Although we are online you can interact with one another. I enjoy working from home because I don't have to pay for daycare and saves on gas. A lot of opportunities to grow with the company.
Cons
There is one problem that I have and that is the pay. Starting out pay is a good start.
