      Pros

      None at all. Poor pay and extremely unprofessional.

      Cons

      No PTO and can be fired at any time without a reason. Demands equipment back the day they fire you and then proceeds to threaten you for theft if they don’t get it back the day of being fired.

      Pros

      Sweet staff, travel opportunities, reimbursement if traveling for work, mileage offered if you are driving your own vehicle to other facilities, no micromanagement unless you aren't getting your work done.

      Cons

      A bit disorganized. This is the biggest thing. Other than that, good place to work to get your foot in the door.
