Pros

Any and all abuse heaped on you will be done remotely at least

Cons

In addition to the cons mentioned in the other 1 star review, the worst part is how embarrassing it is showing up to clients with such little to show. I seriously question the clients also, however. Who is suckered into paying for the minimal value offering this company provides?! It becomes a toxic cycle of clients not knowing what they want or what they are getting, expecting F2 to be able to provide answers, which we don't have, starting a finger pointing carousel and blame shifting internally at F2. Speaking of internal culture, it is a toxic boys club. Don't believe me? Track down any former employee and ask them.

Pros

Remote working = no commute

Cons

Frequent shuffles in C-level management and periodic cleaning house when project flow doesn’t support headcount creates a disruptive work environment. F2 was sold to an investor and they hire greener/cheaper staff that is overly confident and can’t deliver. Client satisfaction suffers. Because they need to satisfy shareholder ROI before employee bonuses, don’t expect much. Not enough work plus a bonus structure based on performance means people climb over each other to prove themselves. The infighting is next level. There are some smart people but they have tight cliques they work with. They sound like they know what they’re doing but it is smoke and mirrors. Won’t be surprised when F2 folds like a house of cards.
