- Excellent place to be for learning high quality financial modeling and excel automation using VBA - Good learning environment, the firm highly invests on training and development - Since the company is in its early stages, there's a lot of room for new hires to contribute to its internal projects

- Lack of formal culture among employees - Sometimes the work becomes monotonous and even goes to data crunching level - Learning becomes restricted to client specifications after 2 years - Extremely low salary for freshers
