Pros
If you actually want to make an impact and build/ship something useful, F1 Solutions is way better than a lot of similar companies. The main software being built is something that's used daily by a lot of users and F1 is somewhere that you can land changes in the codebase quickly. Both the users and everyone involved in making it seem to actually care about making sure it's the best it can be. The company is growing too.
Cons
It's too busy sometimes, and you can tell that it's a bit of a smaller company in terms of (direct) perks.
