A very unpleasant place to work. Family owned, run and managed prevents any line of communication when raising *BAD* behavior from upper management. The leadership is poor as the *BAD* behavior from the higher ups is known, seen and accepted. Not a single leader steps up for their team. The ones who did, did not stay around for long. This was a negative environment that prevents you from enjoying your job. You are there to work, make money for the higher ups and leave. Don't think you can find joy in your work or be proud of your contributions. My experience showed that my colleagues and I had to be ready to show emails and fight as if you are defending yourself against big corporations, and when you prove their *BAD* behavior you will be ignored anyways. Leaving the company is also problematic as they will make it as hard as possible to leave on good terms, I would really like to give more details here about this. Very demotivating communications from the higher ups. I believe contractors were treated poorly. I can't even tell you the details because it will violate Glassdoors terms of use.
