I am a 35 year veteran in hospitality, hired for her expertise in openings. 80 hour weeks, upper management uses salaried employees to do their work. Turbo Team opening group mangled hiring specs, training and everything else they touched. Horrible opening. You will work like an animal for pennies. The culture is “grind yourself into the ground or you are worthless”.
