No communication from leader. High turnover rate. Inexperience seems to be rewarded. High turnover has led to all new employess being 1099 contract with the excuse of "being evaluated" - that's code for "don't employ full time cause you will leave quickly and we don't want another unemployment claim". Constantly does not pay suncontractors in a timely manner causing any decent sub to refuse to work for this company. Lack of communication, yes, that's twice mentioned.
