This company is very much a ‘what can you do for us right now’ kind of place. There’s little to no employee growth, minimal flexibility, and a culture that thrives on favoritism rather than merit. Leadership operates as if we’re on Wall Street—but without the compensation to match. The lack of long-term investment in employees leads to high turnover, and overall, it’s just not a great place for anyone looking for career development or a positive work environment.
