      Its great to here that you love our flexible working dynamic and contagious office spirit, we work hard to ensure our team have an amazing work life balance whilst not forgetting to have some fun along the way. I'm sorry to hear that feel our salary banding is on the low end of the spectrum - we regularly look at the market rates for roles and where possible try and be competitive.       Pros

      - Initial start was fantastic, everything I needed was already here and prepared. Lovely warm welcome and introductions. - Management are always helpful and their door is always open. Very comfortable about sharing the current progress and future endeavours. - The team culture is friendly and inclusive. - Lots of energy to make sure everyone is helping everyone.

      - Currently undergoing a huge overhaul of the product suite

      Small team working on a big solution, so you need to be a jack of all trades.
