      Good company with good managers but little to no benefits after acquisition - Solutions Analyst Eze Software Employee Review

      Pros

      Good managers. No one forces you to do crazy hours. It is not an expectation. Good starting salary for entry level. Good place to build contacts as well due to dealing with clients all the time.

      Cons

      Very stressful, a number of senior members of an adjacent team are not helpful. Benefits all gone after acquisition and even though no one forces OT, the work is so demanding that you will HAVE to OT (very often) just to keep head above water. Salary increments are extremely low.

      Unlimited PTOs, Hybrid Work 6 days a month, stable company with just 1-2% performance based layoffs. Great work life balance. Option to explore different career fields

      Cons

      Low Total Compensation compared to similar role in other companies. Low increments and bonuses. Harder to get promoted
