Pros

Working for EY gave me the opportunity to wear a lot of different hats in a lot of roles. During my time there I was able to be heavily involved in building out new departments, processes, service offerings and teams. As far as my coworkers, I was lucky enough to work alongside some of the best and brightest talent that I’ve ever worked with and continue to keep in touch with these folks. Because of the small business environment, management is able to make quick decisions for the benefit of the companies they service and the employees that work for them. There isn’t a huge bureaucratic process to get something approved for yourself (like time off or a new role) or for your clients (like different contract terms). Because of the tight-knit and collaborative nature of the company, I learned a LOT in my time at EY that I’ve been able to carry on with me in my career. Additionally - there is unlimited PTO after 2 years of employment, pretty great perk!

Cons

As EY is essentially a “digital branding agency” - expect to work at the pace (fast) and hours (many) of an agency. The good news is the work is exciting and the days fly by. If you’re looking to work here I recommend you approach it with a fearless attitude and dive into the learning experience, you’ll get much more out of it.

Pros

EYStudios is a great place to work. I've been here over 3 years, and most of our employees have a really long tenure. Like an agency, there's a ton of room to get involved with a large range of roles and areas of focus, which puts you on a fast track to more expertise, which I love. That being said, since there aren't 100s of employees to pick up the slack, every person matters and has to pull their weight. Some people don't like that, and probably just aren't a fit for agency life. Leadership is great, and really dedicated to the wellbeing of the employees, which is why many stay (I think our longest tenure is like 11 years, with many at 9, 7, etc.) Unlimited time off after 2 years of service is great. The job and people are very flexible. Very positive leadership style. Yelling, threatening, etc. do not fly here.

Cons

It's an agency, and a small business, so while that is not a con for me, it definitely will be for some people. There's really no place to hide if you don't want to put in full effort. Benefits are small business benefits, so know what you're signing up for before you do. Fast paced and every changing environment. Again, I love that about it, but if you want a place where things are set in stone and every situation is governed by a corporate handbook, look elsewhere

Pros

I had a positive experience at EY Studios. The team is collaborative, thoughtful, and genuinely committed to delivering great work for clients. Leadership was a standout, especially Chief Client Officer, Chris Kosiba, whose support, transparency, and people-first approach made a meaningful impact on my experience.

Cons

As a smaller organization, compensation and benefits were limited, which ultimately influenced my decision to move on. That said, the culture and leadership made it a place I genuinely enjoyed being part of, and I’m grateful for my time there.
