Most of the the bee-workers are great people who are doing their best to contribute and make this company work. Still vary hands on and small enough if you are looking to learn about the digital indusrty.
Cons
Having company wide layoffs two years consecutively (will this year be the third?) reflects poorly on the ability of the company's leadership to plan for the mid-to-long term future of the company. This is a serious indication that something is broken internally, especially when the company is having mass layoffs while simultaneously hiring. Is this an indication that the company is not hiring the right people? ... and instead of investing in bettering its current employees it is choosing to continuously replace them in hopes to see if they can get it right the next time? The current vision of the company seems scattered, the goal of making more money is clear, but the execution just seems like throwing spaghetti against the wall but nothing is sticking because of continuous shift in focus and direction. There is a sense of desperation in the air to push the company forward without a sense of how to execute a long term plan. Those that are still here are picking up the additional load from the thinning departments.
