Pay isn't stellar for the lab, but they understand that sometimes life happens

You don’t have to know anything to get the job

Eyecare Express has no transparent tier of management. They offer no opportunity for growth or accurate learning. They lowball employee rates and retaliate when you address knowing your worth. They demand you do tasks that are not in your job description and do not provide training or help. They would consider you to be “over qualified” if they ever imagined addressing you using those skills in an employee review. There is no proper training from beginning to end. They have no way of measuring your value or skills as an employee. There are no transparent policies or standards. Eyecare Express doesn’t follow HIPAA or state/federal laws regarding an employees safety or rights. If you’re not part of the family that owns the company, DO NOT APPLY HERE.
