Pros
EyeWonder is a very good place to learn and to grow, especially if new in your career. The management team cares about maintaining the culture, and I have had the opportunity to move into a different position since I started. I also like the open door policy shared by management.
Cons
Sometimes tough to maintain a work life balance during busy season. Also, having to learn to work with many different personalities has been challenging.
