Pros

Some good people to work with. No room for advancement and management sucks. They look down on you like you are a nobody and hire friends and family. A white elephant company with no direction. Pay is low and they lie about giving you a raise after 3 months. People constantly leave the company cause of there shady attitude.

Cons

Nothing to write about. Dont work for this company.

Pros

It wasn't too bad. The people in the office were super kind to me. The benefits and the PTO were amazing, and it paid very well. They do value employee mental health. I'm still appreciative of the support I got when I was grieving a personal loss.

Cons

A lot of issues. For starters, I was apart of a new team, so setting the standards and culture was difficult, especially since my supervisor worked out of town. I didn't know if I was doing a good job or not, because I really tried my best, even though I was honestly confused at what I was doing sometimes. Also, my workspace was pretty small, and with 2 other individuals, so while I admit I am a very quirky person, one of my colleagues took issue with it. I really also didn't have much of a say in terms of what we could do, so it was a lot of compliance to what they wanted. In addition, the issues to said quirks often led me to working away from my desk, more often then being at my desk. I definitely felt pretty left out.
