Pros

Pros were that its a job

Cons

This company is basically a wet dream the owner tries to convince to other people, he lies about how big the company is when in fact this company is poorly managed, the owner hires friends and give them titles to make it seem like this is a corporation when is basically a mom and pop organization, DO NOT believe their lies! more than half this company has already left due to poor leadership, please research this company before you make the mistake i did. Its a reason they have changed the company name.. First name was Eagle eye then NVMC and now EyeQ is the third business name they have had in 3 years. Hmmm Wonder why.

Pros

It wasn't too bad. The people in the office were super kind to me. The benefits and the PTO were amazing, and it paid very well. They do value employee mental health. I'm still appreciative of the support I got when I was grieving a personal loss.

Cons

A lot of issues. For starters, I was apart of a new team, so setting the standards and culture was difficult, especially since my supervisor worked out of town. I didn't know if I was doing a good job or not, because I really tried my best, even though I was honestly confused at what I was doing sometimes. Also, my workspace was pretty small, and with 2 other individuals, so while I admit I am a very quirky person, one of my colleagues took issue with it. I really also didn't have much of a say in terms of what we could do, so it was a lot of compliance to what they wanted. In addition, the issues to said quirks often led me to working away from my desk, more often then being at my desk. I definitely felt pretty left out.
