Pros
My company partnered with Eyecare Partners a few years ago and has grown and improved as a result. If you are open to change, this is the place to be. My managers are great and very supportive. I feel valued and an important part of the team.
Cons
Being a larger company, it can be challenging to get all practices on the same page when it comes to processes and procedures. The top down communication approach does not always work.
