Pros

Not much recently. It was great before, flexible work hours.

Cons

No support from executive leaderships. Poor inclusive culture, don’t really celebrate anything including employee anniversaries (maybe because not many people make it pass one year before they run out of the door!) It was flexible before and recent out of no where return to the office announcement got everyone caught off guard. Employees were hired remote who live within 30 miles from HQ now have to return to the office 4 days a week (so call hybrid!) No communication from the executive leadership about the sudden change or any company updates. Everyone received a general email from HR. People keep leaving, constant turnovers make it tough to keep up any progress.

Pros

Supervisors are knowledgeable and down to earth, but there is no real direction or training provided.

Cons

Company is in a decline laid off right before Christmas with no notice after they contracted an outside company to take calls, they even had us training the outside company and told us they were gonna be for overflow only.
