      Has been flexible with kid's school schedules

      Cons

      Literally no perks for employees if youre on the corp side. They just took away our only remaining "perk" which was a $200 voucher towards an appt or materials (but dont expect that to cover the full pair because employee pricing sucks) but some managers expect you to be available at all hours of the day and night as if having a life outside the company doesnt exist.

      Pros

      Supervisors are knowledgeable and down to earth, but there is no real direction or training provided.

      Cons

      Company is in a decline laid off right before Christmas with no notice after they contracted an outside company to take calls, they even had us training the outside company and told us they were gonna be for overflow only.
