Easy to get hired to work

Tutoring 4 students at a time is difficult

Easy to be hired. (No resume even requested. Asked for License & Social Security Card immediately after interview)

Anu (owner) did not pay for training, even though mandatory and punched in. Owner called it a 2 week probationary period (with raise promised after 2 weeks.) Terrible training. Management intentionally scheduled 5:1 student to tutor ratio, even though they said 4:1 was the max. All tutors appeared incredibly stressed. Upon walking into interview, you will be required to take a lengthy math and English test. This, along with many other things, were not communicated.
