Pros

Relaxed work atmosphere. Growing company. Friendly workers. Great product.

Cons

High stress, low reward. Weak operating system/NO ERP or MRP. Below average bonus program. Below average Holidays with pay. Under staffed. No room for advancement. Weak managers from the top down.

Please keep in mind the things that we have improved (i.e more time off for employees, 15 days PTO for all new hires after 90 days, more structure within the company, and training is coming for managers). The company has made a commitment to continue to make improvements in the future.

Pros

They will work with you as best they can. Great PTO. Good benefits. Friendly staff in office and warehouse. Steady paced work. Can mostly work at your own pace.

Cons

Too strict with tardiness (personally). Doesn't accept doctor's excuses so with or without PTO, you get points. There isn't much else that is a con.
