      Good staff with strong technical knowledge

      Cons

      Management is completely disconnected from reality. Germany HQ tries to control everything with no autonomy to region or site level. No strong processes or tools. Employees don’t matter to management only profits. Lots of favoritism at the top level. Hire and fire culture

      The company recently acquired many smaller companies, so it was trying to bring them all together to align for future success.

      Cons

      Assessing skills and potential of all employees would help improve retention of key talent.
