      Great staff to work with, and a great area to work in

      Cons

      Owner uses employees like disposable tools. No sense of loyalty or employee development. So it is no surprise he has over a 95% employee turnover rate in just over three years. Consummate salesman, promising the sun, moon and the stars and your lucky if he can deliver a tree top.

      Pros

      Exwire is a good company they are flexible with scheduling. Very organized and constantly improving the work place. They give you a lot of responsibility and are always open to suggestions on how they can improve.

      Cons

      Very few employees so you are in charge of lots of tasks. Must use your own tools.
