      Room to grow - great technology - local employment to living in the mountains and serving the community

      Cons

      Disorganized and competing priorities hurt essential project completion and essential maintenance functions. Payroll hiccups. Strong but inconsistent executive management.

      Pros

      Exwire is a good company they are flexible with scheduling. Very organized and constantly improving the work place. They give you a lot of responsibility and are always open to suggestions on how they can improve.

      Cons

      Very few employees so you are in charge of lots of tasks. Must use your own tools.
