      Always room to move up. And is a laid back friendly environment. Plus, owner of the company invest back into the company.

      Cons

      Production is effected by political issues such as terriffs. Some sometimes work is slow; However, they rarely lay off istablished workers.

      There are some good coworkers there, nothing other than that.

      They ignore safety, underpay and overwork employees, and micro manage to the extreme.
