Pros
The environment is collaborative. Most people enjoy working there and the work is challenging. The owner is highly supportive of the engineering talent. It is a midsize company with worldwide locations. The diversity of products and people contribute to the job satisfaction.
Cons
The industry may be maturing and product innovation may become more difficult. Much of my tenure there saw the switch from analog audio/video to digital - it was an explosion of development.
